Start by heating the oil over the pan with medium heat. Saute the onions for about two minutes. Then, add the garlic, carrots, and celery and cook for about five minutes. These are your main aromatic ingredients that account for the irresistible aroma of this dish.
Next, add the chicken parts to the pan. Lightly saute the chicken thighs and use a splatter guard in order to protect yourself from any oil splatters. Mix in the chicken broth, the crushed bouillon cubes, the corn kernels, and the green beans. If not all of the ingredients are fully submerged in the stock, add some water. From low heat, turn the knob to high heat and then allow the mixture to boil for about four minutes. Then, lower the heat, slightly uncover the pot, and then allow this to simmer for twenty more minutes.
The next step is to take out the chicken parts and then shred the meat into your desired chunks. Throw out the bones or you can reuse it for making your own chicken broth from scratch.
Take the shredded chicken meat and pour it back into the soup mixture. Throw in your noodles and cook it for six to eight minutes, depending on what is indicated on the packaging. Lastly, mix in your greens - spinach, parsley, and any other additives you want. Allow these greens to wilt for about three minutes. Add in some salt and paper to taste.
